Priyanka has over 13 years of experience representing clients in high-value commercial litigation and arbitration in various courts in India and abroad. She has successfully conducted trials before various Courts and arbitral tribunals.
Her primary practice sectors include Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Engineering, Infrastructure, Automobile, and Telecommunication. In Private Client Practice, Priyanka leads highly contentious matrimonial and testamentary disputes. She also strategizes and drafts private contracts, including testamentary dispositions, establishing private trusts, and creating family arrangements.
Priyanka earned her B.L.S. LL.B from Government Law College in 2009 and became a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 2012. She has previously worked with K Ashar & Co. and Khaitan & Co. and brings top tier experience with her.
